Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Second-Hand Airsoft Equipment

1. General Information:

1.1 This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the ReconX Limited ("Seller") and the the customer ("Buyer") for the sale of second-hand airsoft equipment ("Equipment").

1.2 By purchasing the Equipment, the Buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Description of Equipment:

2.1 The Seller shall provide an accurate and detailed description of the Equipment, including its condition, age, any modifications, and any known issues that were provided to them by the current owner of the equipment.

3. Price and Payment:

3.1 The agreed-upon purchase price.

3.2 Payment shall be made in full via BACs, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card to the Seller.

4. Inspection and Acceptance:

4.1 The Buyer has the right to inspect the Equipment before completing the purchase.

4.2 Once the purchase is completed, the Buyer accepts the Equipment in its current condition.

5. No Warranty:

5.1 The Equipment is sold "as-is" without any warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Liability:

6.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the Equipment.

7. Transfer of Ownership:

7.1 Ownership of the Equipment transfers from the Seller to the Buyer upon receipt of the full payment.

8. Governing Law:

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey Channel Islands.

9. Dispute Resolution:

9.1 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules.

10. Entire Agreement:

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Seller and the Buyer and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Miscellaneous:

11.1 Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

11.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. ReconX Limited Role:

12.1 ReconX Limited ("Seller") is selling Pre-Loved goods on behalf of the customer. ReconX Limited ("Seller") may or may not be in possession of the goods, this depends on the agreement with the current owner.
